We, here at DoRight Wear, want you to be completely satisfied... If, for any reason, your order does not rock, and you are less than 100% satisfied, please contact us so we can make it Solid! Our loyal customers are the backbone of our company. We strive to provide quality products creating happy customers! We will gladly replace a less than satisfactory item with the same new item, or an item of equal value. We value having our DoRight fans looking and feeling good and rocking their style with confidence and pride!

Merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise, no cash refunds or credits to credit cards can be made at this time. Any customer who is not completely satisfied with their order may exchange it for other merchandise within 14 days. After 14 days no returns or exchanges can be made. There is no restocking fee on returned items. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees on all returned items. The original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise.

Exchange policy:
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
You may use a shipper of your choice.
To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package.
